Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Amaala, Saudi Arabia seeks a Non-Management Maintenance Technician to promptly respond to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Education in a technical, trade, or vocational program.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Carry equipment such as tools and radios.
• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift change.
