Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Non-Management Maintenance engineer to perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest repair requests, and ensure safety and quality in building systems and guest rooms.

You will inspect electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components, operate shut-offs, and assist with painting and surface repairs while maintaining excellent guest service and following standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s license required.
• Experience in general maintenance or painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and building systems.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components in guestrooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with other shifts and report daily activities and problems.
