Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.
• Experience in general maintenance is preferred for hotel facilities.
• Hotel engineering/maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, kitchen, and related equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; operate shut-offs and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts; communicate daily activities to other shifts.
