Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced leader to oversee the operational planning and design development of hotel operating areas from strategy brief through design development. You will translate guest-facing and back-of-house requirements into efficient, guest-centric layouts and establish governance and decision-making frameworks across Development, Design, Operators and consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
12 to 15+ years' luxury hotel operations and pre-opening experience with leadership in Rooms Division.
Strong leadership within Rooms Division or related hotel operations.
Experience in luxury or upper-upscale hotels and guest journey planning.
Understanding of FF&E and OS&E integration into design and planning.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-level oversight of operational planning and design development for hotel operating areas from Strategy Brief through design development.
Develop operational concepts and criteria for Rooms Division functions (arrival, lobby, Front Office, Housekeeping, BOH, etc.).
Review design proposals to ensure operational efficiency, service delivery and guest experience.
Define and approve workflows and adjacencies between guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
Coordinate with Design, F&B, Wellness, MEP and Development teams for integrated planning.
