Job summary

UCC Holding seeks a Site Supervisor to lead civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project in Riyadh. You will oversee end-to-end site supervision, from planning and execution to quality control and safety compliance, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least five years of construction experience (three in hotel/high-rise projects).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in hotel/high-rise projects.
• GCC experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Review drawings, blueprints and specifications for design and requirement alignment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and site teams for smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and material requirements for timely delivery.
• Enforce HSE regulations and report incidents per company procedures.
• Maintain site documentation including attendance, material logs and progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
