Job summary

Kerten Hospitality seeks a General Accountant for Kaynuna Beach Escape in Yanbu to manage financial records and reporting for the resort. The role requires Bachelor’s degree, hospitality accounting experience, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a General Accountant in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and hotel transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
• Support budget preparation, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards and hotel policies.
• Assist internal and external audits with documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to control costs.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
