Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior design manager to lead the end-to-end design of luxury hospitality assets in the Riyadh region, translating vision into buildable, commercially viable outcomes. You will oversee multidisciplinary consultants, maintain alignment with guest experience and operator standards, and drive quality across architecture, interiors, and landscapes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in design management, architecture or interior design.
• Experience delivering projects from concept through construction.
• Experience with hospitality, luxury or mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultants.
• Experience with hotel Operators and brand standards.
• Experience in KSA / GCC or similar large-scale development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management of hospitality assets from briefs to delivery, aligned with vision and asset positioning.
• Coordinate design decision-making across projects for high-quality, functional outcomes.
• Lead consultant teams and Operator design coordination for integrated, buildable solutions.
• Oversee design development across project stages, ensuring scope, deliverables and approvals.
• Drive design quality across architecture, interiors, landscape and guest touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance with Operator standards, technical requirements and regulations.
• Mentor internal design teams and develop design management processes and governance.
• Drive knowledge sharing across assets and build institutional capability.
