Job summary

BÖWE MENA is seeking an experienced Senior Design and Pre-Construction Project Manager in Riyadh to lead design development, multidisciplinary coordination, and tender preparation for a major high-rise tower development. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, BIM teams, and cost specialists to ensure quality, schedule fidelity, and timely tender readiness.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional experience.
5+ years in project management or design management.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Experience from design development through tender documentation.
Excellent command of English; Arabic an advantage.
Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
Iqama or transfer preferred with immediate or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

Lead the project from design development through coordinated tender package completion and issuance.
Establish the project coordination structure, communication protocols, consultant responsibilities, and approval procedures.
Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, BIM, cost consultancy, and specialist design teams to maintain alignment across all disciplines.
Prepare and maintain the design programme, deliverables schedule, project milestones, and short-term lookahead plans.
Monitor consultant progress against approved schedules and agree practical recovery actions.
Chair project and technical coordination meetings with clear minutes and deadlines.
Maintain action, decision, RFI, interface, change, risk, and issue registers with timely closures.
Lead technical workshops to resolve design conflicts and constructability concerns.
Monitor BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution in the common data environment.
Coordinate with Saudi Building Code reviews and project standards.
Manage design changes and assess impact on programme, cost, and approvals.
Coordinate with quantity surveyor to align design, schedules, and BOQ.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress and tender readiness reports.
Develop and manage tender readiness checklists and document issuance guidance.
Oversee tender documentation issuance and clarify addenda when required.
Represent BÖWE MENA in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
