AMAD Hospital is seeking a dedicated Quality Management Trainee to join our rehabilitation hospital. This entry‑level program provides hands-on exposure to clinical quality standards, patient safety protocols, and healthcare management systems to advance patient care and outcomes.

You will rotate through departments, assist in quality initiatives, and learn from senior leaders to support compliance, audits, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, a clinical field, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical quality and patient safety programs.
• Rotate through departments to understand patient care journey and quality impact.
• Shadow senior leaders to learn healthcare compliance, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Participate in clinical audits, chart reviews, and data collection to ensure standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report on quality and safety events, and assist in root cause analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement projects.
• Support compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., The Joint Commission, CARF) and other regulations.
• Help gather and analyze patient satisfaction and outcome data to identify trends and inform quality initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in healthcare quality, patient safety, and leadership.

Education
