Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Quality & Compliance professional to review EMS policies, perform gap analyses, and coordinate accreditation readiness across the EMS program. The role emphasizes documentation integrity, staff training, and continuous improvement to meet JCIA, ACHS, and ABBA standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in healthcare with at least 2 years in a QRM department, a healthcare Bachelor’s degree (EMS preferred), and CPHQ certification or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, with at least 2 years in a QRM department in a large healthcare facility.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred; EMS degree and CPHQ are advantageous.
• CPHQ certification or higher preferred for quality/risk management roles.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and align EMS policies and procedures with international accreditation standards (JCIA, ACHS, ABBA).
• Conduct regular gap analyses against accreditation standards and develop action plans for compliance.
• Coordinate readiness activities for accreditation surveys, including documentation and staff preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements applicable to EMS.
• Provide training and orientation to staff on updated or new policies.
• Monitor and ensure proper documentation practices and conduct quality audits on EMS operations and patient safety.
