Job summary

Nahdi is seeking a Quality Assurance System Analyst in جدة, SA for a full-time, on-site role. You will implement and deploy applications, support staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and data security while analyzing data for operational insights.

Responsibilities include dual-level support, vendor collaboration, and monitoring application performance, with emphasis on protecting patient privacy and aligning IT with clinical needs. English and Arabic language skills are required.

Qualifications

• BSc in IT (MIS Systems Design) or related field is required.
• 3+ years in an IT applications function, retail preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Support developing new applications or customize existing ones to meet retail needs.
• Act as level 2 support for assigned applications, resolving bugs within SLAs.
• Analyze end-user requirements and design solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new software or major updates with minimal disruption.
• Use data for analysis and reporting to identify development opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure tools meet end-user needs.
• Monitor application performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure patient privacy and data protection across applications.
• Stay updated with IT and pharmacy tech trends, including telepharmacy and AI tools.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and insurers to align IT with business needs.
