Job summary

Olayancareer in Riyadh region is seeking a Senior Officer – Marketing to develop the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget, and training plans in coordination with stakeholders.

The role ensures timely performance reporting through monthly dashboards covering sales, patient data, and activities, with focus on increasing PD-connected patients and monitoring Sharesource. He/she oversees events, vendor relations, and sales support activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning: create annual corporate calendar with stakeholders.
• Performance Reporting: monthly dashboards showing sales, patient data and activities.
• Increasing % of PD connected patients & RPM: monitor Sharesource usage with clinical team.
• Events & HCPs Management and Grants: plan events, prepare grants, manage logistics.
• Managing vendors & suppliers: issue RFQs, obtain quotes, create POs, follow payments.
• Supporting sales in PD Cyclers demand/supply: plan demand, CAPEX, shipment and distribution
