Doctify Limited is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition in Saudi Arabia. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to product demonstrations, targeting healthcare providers across multiple verticals.

This fast-paced, high-activity role requires resilience, excellent communication in Arabic and English, and the ability to hit ambitious revenue targets while representing Doctify's mission to connect patients with trusted healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong outbound calling and in-person/virtual selling skills.
• Able to manage a high-activity sales cycle and hit targets.
• Experience working with healthcare providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
• Managing the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects
• Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets, supported by your manager and the wider team
• Conducting time efficient product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to the requirements of each customer
• Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
