Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA seeks a Head Spa Therapist to lead the spa therapy team, ensuring exceptional treatments and wellness experiences in a luxury setting. You will drive quality, consistency, and training across therapies while supporting smooth daily operations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ head spa therapist experience, an internationally recognized massage/spa therapy certification, and strong communication skills.

About the Location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. About the Role

As a Head Therapist, you will lead the spa therapy team in delivering exceptional treatments and wellness experiences. You will ensure quality, consistency, and training across all therapies, while supporting smooth daily operations.

What you will do

• Supervise spa therapists, providing training, guidance, and support.
• Perform high-quality spa treatments in line with luxury standards.
• Oversee scheduling, treatment allocation, and guest preferences.
• Maintain treatment rooms, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
• Support the Spa Manager in ensuring standards, safety, and hygiene protocols are met.

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a head spa therapist, including leadership.
• Internationally recognized certification in massage/spa therapies.
