Qualifications

• 10+ years of actual classroom teaching across middle and high school.
• 3–5 years managing or coaching other teachers in leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Saudi national assessments: Qudurat, Tahsili, Nafes.
• Strong digital capability for hybrid/digital teaching environments.
• Fluent Arabic; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure academic quality of science curriculum for Middle School and High School on the National track.
• Lead term and year plans with Design Leads and approve before production.
• Perform final review of lessons before delivery to students.
