Job summary

Noon Academy in Riyadh is seeking highly experienced educators to lead academic quality across middle and high school curricula on the National track. You will help design term plans, oversee topic sequencing and alignment to assessments, and sign off on lessons before production.

The role includes coaching delivery teachers and ensuring effective online and in-person instruction. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of classroom experience in both middle and high school, strong familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of actual classroom teaching across middle and high school.
• 3-5 years managing or coaching teachers in formal roles.
• Familiarity with Saudi national assessments (Qudurat, Tahsili, Nafes).
• Strong digital capability and comfort teaching in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing delivery teaching bench for subjects in partnership with Learning Excellence.
• Provide academic guidance in cross-functional conversations with Design, Learning Excellence, Product and Data.
• Final review of built lessons before they reach students.

Curriculum amp term planning 50 - What it means day to day Working with the design team to decide the curriculum itself which topics to cover what needs more weight and what needs less and how the term and year plan fits together You review the final lesson once it s built in the system You don t build it yourself that s the Design Lead s job Area Coaching delivery teachers 30 - What it means day to day Coaching the teachers who actually present sessions to students how to deliver the content hold a hybrid room and keep students engaged through a screen Observation feedback and follow-up that changes practice Area Delivering lessons 20 - What it means day to day Teaching sessions yourself Not as a regular teacher on the roster it s to stay close to the content see how it lands in practice and hear directly from students What you ll ownThe academic quality of science curriculum across Middle School and High School on the National track topic sequencing weighting depth and alignment to what students are actually assessed on Term and year plans built with the Design Leads and signed off by you before they go into production Final review of built lessons before they reach students you re the last academic gate Coaching and development of the delivery teaching bench for your subjects in partnership with Learning Excellence s observation and evaluation cycle Reading the assessment signal Diagnostics Exit Tickets End-of-Chapter results and Learning Gain and translating it into what changes next term Being the academic voice in cross-functional conversations with Design Learning Excellence Product and Data
