Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Manager to lead integration, validation, and commissioning activities on a large-scale project in Riyadh.

You will supervise a team of engineers, coordinate with the client, contractor, and third parties, review testing, approve commissioning work, and ensure safety and project standards are met to achieve successful handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or scientific discipline.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in large-scale projects including commissioning management.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction operations and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Managing integration and validation activities of the Contractor and validation of test and commissioning plans and procedures.
• Lead and supervise a team of discipline Engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning.
• Plan, organize and supervise works to ensure project schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with Client, Operator, third parties and other stakeholders for testing and commissioning requirements.
• Review calibration of testing equipment and commissioning plans for compliance with project requirements.
• Write Testing & Commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure completion of training for maintenance staff, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
