Job summary

Manar Rass seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and oversee Account Managers in Riyadh. You will develop sales strategies, drive business growth, build client relationships, and ensure targets align with company objectives.

You will monitor market trends, collaborate with marketing, prepare forecasts for senior management, and guide teams to exceed sales targets while expanding the client base across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing and developing Account Managers or client-facing teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team and Account Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance management for Account Managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
