Algoappdigital is seeking a seasoned Senior Test Manager/Director in Saudi Arabia to lead large-scale testing engagements across various Banking sectors. Responsibilities include owning the Test Strategy and ensuring high-quality releases through effective management and governance.

The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in Testing/QE with proven leadership in Banking and strong expertise in Test Governance and Automation.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in Testing/QE with 15+ years in Test Management leadership roles.
• Strong Banking domain experience across Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, and more.
• Expertise in Test Governance, Quality Metrics, and Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Test Strategy, Planning, Execution, Governance, and Release.
• Lead testing for Regulatory Programs, Production Releases, and Strategic Transformation Initiatives.
• Drive Automation and Continuous Testing across the testing lifecycle.
