Job summary

Takamol Holding is seeking a QA Lead Expert to orchestrate quality assurance across multiple products, providing advanced technical testing expertise and aligning QA standards with fast digital delivery in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead test planning, drive automation and performance testing, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with security and development teams to ensure traceable, auditable quality metrics and timely releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
ISTQB test certificates preferred.
6–8 years of relevant QA experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day QA activities across products and projects ensuring timely and effective testing.
Establish and improve testing frameworks and practices with emphasis on automation and performance.
Design and enhance automation and performance testing frameworks for CI/CD integration.
Review test strategies, plans, cases, and reports to ensure coverage and quality.
Provide advanced QA guidance and mentoring to QA Engineers and Senior QA Engineers.
Maintain knowledge of security testing concepts and collaborate with security teams.
Monitor quality metrics and ensure QA documentation is complete and auditable.
