Seeking a seasoned Senior Test Manager/Director with deep expertise in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Channels. The individual will lead large-scale testing engagements, BAU delivery, Change Requests (CRs), Regulatory initiatives, and Strategic Transformation Releases while driving a Quality-First culture, QE Transformation, AI‑led Testing, Governance, and Executive Stakeholder Management.

Essential Functions

• Own end‑to‑end Test Strategy, Planning, Execution, Governance, and Release
• Management across Banking programs
• Lead testing for BAU, CRs, Regulatory Programs, Production Releases, and Strategic Transformation Initiatives
• Drive QE Transformation, Automation, Continuous Testing, and AI/GenAI adoption across the testing lifecycle
• Establish and govern quality KPIs, dashboards, release readiness, risk management, and defect prevention frameworks
• Manage large distributed teams, Implementation partners, and multi‑stream delivery programs
• Partner with Business, Technology, PMO, and Executive Leadership to ensure predictable and high‑quality releases
• Champion a Quality‑First and Automation mindset, embedding quality from requirements through production and driving a culture of accountability and

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• 20+ years in Testing/QE with 15+ years in Test Management leadership roles
• Strong Banking domain experience across Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, Cards, ISO 20022), Corporate & Retail Banking, Treasury & Trade Finance, Mobile, Internet & Omni‑channel Banking
• Proven experience working with KSA/GCC Banks
• Expertise in Test Governance, Quality Metrics, Release Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management
• Hands‑on experience in Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing, and AI‑enabled Testing
• Experience managing large QE teams (50+ members) and multi‑vendor delivery models
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong skills in machine‑learning and AI
