Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Banking & Testing to lead end-to-end delivery within the banking and financial services domain. The role demands strong project management acumen, hands-on software testing expertise, and solid banking systems knowledge.

You will oversee testing activities including planning, execution, defect management, and UAT while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely, within-scope project delivery that complies with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in project management within banking and financial services sector.
Strong testing, QA, and UAT management background.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end banking technology projects within scope, budget and quality.
Oversee testing activities including test planning, execution, defect mgmt and UAT.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, dev, QA, and vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resources and risk strategies.
Ensure implementation of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation.
Ensure alignment with banking regulations and requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery and testing processes.
