Job summary

Grey Lines Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Retail and Fit-Out initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams across on-site activities in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in retail and fit-out projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Studio Max in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in Retail and Fit-Out projects.
• Strong experience in project execution and management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, and related design software.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Saudi Arabia.
