Job summary

MAB Engineering Consulting Company in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join our supervision team. You will oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, Saudi codes and project schedules.

The role requires coordinating with contractors and client representatives, reviewing shop drawings and method statements, and reporting progress and non-conformities to help achieve milestones on residential, commercial, hotels and mixed-use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years with an engineering consultancy (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Codes, standards, and local authority requirements.
• Proven site supervision experience on residential, commercial, hotels and mixed-use projects.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Preferred experience on high-scale projects, including hotels.

Responsibilities
