Real estate is one of the largest, slowest-to-change markets on earth. Trillions of dollars in transactions still run on fragmented data, manual workflows, and software that automates paperwork instead of doing the work. We believe that era is over.

At Soar, we are building an agentic-first platform: products where AI agents don’t just assist people, they do the work (sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, coordinating, and closing), with humans setting direction and judgment.

We are looking for a Head of Product to turn that vision into products people use every day. You will own a core product area end to end, from discovery to launch to scale, and lead the team that builds it. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog. It is for a builder who wants to ship the first agentic products in a category that doesn’t exist yet.

What “agentic-first” means here

Most companies are bolting a chatbot onto legacy software. We are doing the opposite: designing the product around autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as the primary way work gets done, with interfaces, data, and trust models built to match. As Head of Product, you will put this thesis into practice:

• Agents as the core unit of the product, rather than features that wrap a model around old workflows.
• Outcomes over interfaces. The product should accomplish outcomes, not just surface information.
• Trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop by design. Design for the moments where the agent acts on the user’s behalf, and where the human stays in control.
• Data and feedback as a moat. Build a learning loop where every transaction makes the next one smarter.

What you’ll do

• Own the roadmap. Translate the company’s product vision and strategy into a clear roadmap for your area, with priorities you can defend and adjust as you learn.
• Ship 0 to 1, then 1 to n. Define the first wedge, take it from blank page to launch, and iterate quickly based on real usage.
• Lead and grow the team. Hire, coach, and lead product managers and designers, and build a culture of speed, ownership, and craft.
• Go hands-on with the technology. Work directly with frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling. Prototype, write specs and prompts, and run experiments to find what works.
• Make calls under uncertainty. Make fast, well-reasoned decisions with incomplete information, and own the results.
• Work across the company. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, GTM, and leadership to get the right things built and launched well.
• Stay obsessed with users. Talk to agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors constantly. Turn the messy reality of real estate into products people love.

Requirements

Who you are

• A proven builder. You have shipped products that real people used, ideally including 0-to-1 work where you helped define the problem, not just the solution.
• Creative and unconventional. You think from first principles, question defaults, and enjoy problems with no established playbook.
• Fluent in applied AI. You’ve worked with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or gone deep enough to lead a team that does.
• Execution-focused. You turn strategy into shipped product, set clear goals and metrics, and keep a team moving at high velocity.
• Strategic and hands-on. You can shape strategy for your area and dive into the details: prototypes, specs, prompts, data, and metrics.
• A strong people leader. You attract great PMs and designers, help them do their best work, and raise the bar around you.
• Clear and fast. You move with urgency, communicate with clarity, and care more about impact than process.

Bonus points

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, agentic applications, or AI research and R&D.
• Startup or early-stage operator experience.
• A technical background, or the ability to go toe-to-toe with engineers on agent architecture.
• A portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments we can see and play with.

You will be a core member of the product leadership team, with real ownership over what gets built and how. You’ll work alongside the CPO and leadership to shape the product and the team from the early days. The market is enormous, the timing for agentic AI is now, and the upside, in impact and in equity, is real.
