• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Execution: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Starlinks business objectives; identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate contracts and payment terms.
• Supplier Relationship & Contract Management: Establish long-term relationships with key suppliers; monitor performance; ensure contract renewals and compliance; conduct supplier evaluations.
• Cost Control & Budget Management: Develop cost-saving initiatives; align procurement with budget; implement competitive bidding to optimize costs.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure procurement activities adhere to policies and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation for audit.
• Process Optimization & Tech Utilization: Improve procurement processes; leverage ERP systems for purchasing; analyze market trends to drive excellence.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of goods and services to support Starlinks operations The role requires strong negotiation skills supplier management and adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing amp Procurement Execution Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Starlinks business objectives Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on quality cost reliability and service Negotiate contracts agreements and payment terms with suppliers to optimize procurement value Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services
2. Supplier Relationship amp Contract Management Establish and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key suppliers Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and take corrective action when needed Ensure contract compliance renewals and risk mitigation in supplier agreements Conduct supplier evaluations and develop improvement plans for underperforming vendors
3. Cost Control amp Budget Management Develop cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining product and service quality Work closely with finance and operations to ensure procurement aligns with budgetary goals Implement competitive bidding processes to optimize cost efficiency
4. Compliance amp Risk Mitigation Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies regulatory requirements and ethical standards Assess procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies Maintain accurate and updated procurement documentation for audit and compliance purposes
5. Education: Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.

Certification: CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certifications preferred.
