Job summary

Aramco Stadium is seeking an Event Operations Leader to translate strategy into actionable event delivery plans for a 47,000-seat venue. You will lead the Event Operations team, coordinating with Safety, Security, Facilities, Guest Experience, and Commercial teams to ensure flawless execution of football matches, FIFA events, concerts, and large-scale gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional mobilization across Safety & Security, Facilities Management, Guest Experience and IT & Technology.
• Manage mobilization plans, timelines, workforce deployment and resource allocation for all stadium events.
• Oversee event budgets, cost controls, and spend approvals in line with financial policies.
• Liaise with FIFA, leagues and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance during major tournaments.
• Act as senior operational representative during critical event periods to ensure seamless delivery.
