Webook is seeking a results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to lead and scale partner acquisition efforts. This leadership role manages a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance and coaching the team to achieve acquisition targets.

The position focuses on team performance and market expansion, collaborating with marketing, operations, and account management to maximize partner success.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Strong track record of delivering team-based targets.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets.
• Own and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota).
• Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets.
• Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team.
• Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners.
• Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team.
• Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner success.
• Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies.
