Job summary

Siemens Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations & Execution to lead a team of Project Managers focused on Building Management Systems and Security Solutions for SI Building Projects and Service Contracts.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within BMS and Security solutions.
• Proven track record of managing large SI Building projects and service contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of SI Building management systems, Security solutions, and relevant technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers for SI Building Projects and Service Contracts (BMS and Security).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and service excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects and service contracts to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and scope; optimise resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; address concerns and provide updates.
• Develop best practices and SOPs for project and service delivery; ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports on performance, financial status, and operations to senior management.
