Job summary

Siemens Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations & Execution to lead a team of Project Managers focused on Building Management Systems (BMS) and Security Solutions for SI Building Projects and Service Contracts.

The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold high standards of quality and compliance across all projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management with leadership in BMS and Security solutions.
• Proven track record of large SI Building projects and service contracts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers for SI Building Projects and Service Contracts.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion ensuring client requirements, budgets and quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
