Qualifications

• 12+ years of banking experience in consumer banking deposits.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role within consumer banking liabilities/deposits.
• Strong CASA management and cost of funds optimization expertise.
• Sharia-compliant deposits structures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive CASA, savings, term deposits, and investment/bancassurance propositions.
• Develop and execute liabilities product strategy and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Optimize pricing, cost of funds, and balance sheet profitability.

Xebia is looking for an experienced Head of Liabilities to lead and grow a leading retail banking liabilities business in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive CASA, savings, term deposits, and investment/bancassurance propositions
• Develop and execute liabilities product strategy and portfolio growth initiatives
• Optimize pricing, cost of funds, and balance sheet profitability
• Own liabilities P&L and commercial performance
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, and deposit mobilization strategies
• Ensure compliance with Sharia-compliant deposit structures and banking regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years of banking experience
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role within Consumer Banking Liabilities/Deposits
• Strong expertise in CASA management, deposit growth, ALM, and cost of funds optimization
• Deep understanding of investment and bancassurance propositions
• Proven P&L ownership and business growth experience
• Knowledge of Sharia-compliant banking products and deposit structures is essential
