Job summary

CodeNinja in Riyadh is seeking a hands-on Retail Liabilities Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert supporting CASA/deposit propositions for our banking client in KSA. This role owns pricing strategy, portfolio performance, customer acquisition and retention, and end-to-end product lifecycle activities for retail liability products.

You will collaborate with product, pricing and treasury teams on deposit mix optimization and, where applicable, support the development of Sharia-compliant

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in consumer deposits/CASA products.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategy and cost of funds.
• Hands-on experience with portfolio analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience in retail banking liabilities environment.
