Job summary

Leuwint Technologies seeks an experienced Head of Liabilities to lead strategy growth and performance for the Retail Liabilities portfolio. The role requires 12+ years of banking experience with senior leadership in consumer liabilities, deposits, or investments, and deep knowledge of CASA, savings, term deposits, investments, and bancassurance.

Strong expertise in deposit growth, CASA optimisation, pricing, ALM, and cost of funds is essential, along with experience in product strategy,

We are looking for an experienced Head of Liabilities to lead the strategy growth and performance of the Retail Liabilities portfolio

12+ years of banking experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles within consumer liabilities, deposits, or investments

Strong expertise in CASA, savings, term deposits, investments, and bancassurance propositions

Deep understanding of deposit growth, CASA optimisation, pricing, ALM, and cost of funds

Experience in product strategy, portfolio management, and P&L ownership

Strong knowledge of Sharia-compliant deposit structures

Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Experience 12 plus years
