Qiddiya is seeking an experienced governance professional to manage committee operations, documentation, and governance reporting. You will coordinate meetings, oversee minutes and action tracking, and provide strategic governance advice to leadership and stakeholders.

Role requires 6–10 years in governance or related fields, with a track record in policy implementation and risk awareness. Leadership and continuous improvement mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Professional governance certifications preferred.
• 6–10 years of governance, secretariat or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage planning, scheduling, and administration of governance committees and forums.
• Oversee preparation, review, QA, and distribution of agendas, reports, and materials.
• Ensure submissions comply with governance requirements, protocols, and standards.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure timely circulation of packs, resolutions, and communications.
• Overs ee minutes, action logs, decision registers, and governance records.
• Monitor actions and ensure accountability across business functions.
• Provide governance advice to stakeholders on processes and documentation.
• Maintain governance frameworks, charters, and governance repositories.
• Prepare governance reports, metrics, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Identify risks and opportunities; recommend corrective actions.
• Support governance audits, reviews, and assurance activities.
• Lead and develop governance coordinators and analysts; promote best practices.
