Mnzil Holding Co. Cayman LLC is seeking a finance leader to drive rigorous analysis, budgeting, and reporting across the organization. You will design frameworks, govern standards, and partner with the CFO to deliver timely insights.

The role focuses on building dashboards, optimizing costs, and ensuring accurate forecasting, with accountability for the finance function's performance and strategic alignment.

• Sets and executes the financial analysis and modelling strategy; defines analytical governance and standards.
• Drives forecast accuracy and budget governance; accountable for the budget process.
• Sets and executes the systems and process improvement strategy for finance; defines process governance.

• Sets and executes the cash flow and payment management strategy; treasury governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports within X days of period close with zero material errors.
• Design a financial planning and budgeting framework for all departments with templates; adopted for all budget cycles.
• Develop an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds and key metrics.
• Build a cost optimization programme across key expense categories with documented savings recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting Timeliness Deliver 100 of monthly and quarterly financial reports within X days of period close with zero material errors
• Financial Planning Framework Design a financial planning and budgeting framework for all departments, framework documented with templates and adopted for all budget cycles
• Financial Reporting Dashboard Develop an integrated financial reporting dashboard, dashboard operational with key financial metrics and automated data feeds
• Cost Optimization Programme Build a cost optimization analysis programme across key expense categories, programme operational with documented savings recommendations
