Job description

• Ensure functional control of the local finance teams through defining procedures, defining accounting policies, monitoring financial interactions with the team, auditing local teams.
• Define the accounting infrastructure of the Company, monitor its accuracy, drive changes with IT.
• Drive and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Liaise with Auditors on all auditing processes.
• Monitor credit control process in order to maintain an adequate cash flow.
• Plan the accounting process and give instructions accordingly.
• Manage local tax returns to optimize the company’s financial performance in line with regulatory authorities.
• Monitor regulatory financial requirement and ensure submission of Regulatory returns within deadlines.
• Drive implementation of internal audit recommendations approved by the management.
• Assume responsibility for organization’s strategic planning & Budgeting process.
