Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a strategic Director - Design to shape the design philosophy and oversee design direction for development projects in Riyadh. You will lead diverse designers and architects, drive concept-to-completion, and ensure designs align with community engagement and regulatory standards.

The role requires 12+ years in design leadership, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in design leadership roles, preferably within real estate or entertainment sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage creative teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in presenting complex design solutions to various audiences.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact design projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is highly advantageous.
• Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals and vision.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers and architects, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the design development processes from concept to project completion.
