Job summary

ASMO seeks a seasoned Procurement PMO Lead to drive end-to-end onboarding and procurement transformation for new customers. You will own the onboarding roadmap from assessment to transition, coordinating across functions and executives to ensure successful integration into the operating model.

The role requires a broad procurement background, strong English communication, and extensive leadership experience to guide maturity assessments and program governance across diverse workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics is required from a recognized and accredited university.
• Master's degree in business administration or Economics is preferred from a recognized and accredited university.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• 13 years' experience in similar or related field, with 7 years at a managerial / leading position.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and procurement transformation framework, strategy, roadmap, and transition approach.
• Establish and lead the Procurement PMO for all customer onboarding and transformation programs, including integrated planning, reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive oversight.
• Act as the primary Procurement interface with customer senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Lead procurement maturity and readiness assessments covering spend, purchase orders, contracts, suppliers, material master, systems, processes, governance, resources, and business demand.
• Identify gaps between the customer’s current procurement model and the target operating model and establish the corresponding transformation roadmap and implementation priorities.
• Oversee all customer onboarding workstreams across Category Management, Procurement Operations, Governance, Digital/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and other relevant functions.
