Job summary

ASMO in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects using ASMO's project management methodology. You will guide a team of mid- to junior-level Project Managers and manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications across the project portfolio.

You will oversee planning, risk management, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure benefits realization, while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in logistics is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• Experience with project management methodology and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of large-scale complex projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports.
• Manage budget and scope; document changes and gain approvals to ensure benefits.
• Lead and coach a team of mid- to junior-level Project Managers.
• Manage issues, drive resolutions, and escalate as appropriate; act as SME in areas like automation, IT systems, inventory control.
• Implement project management methodology and risk management; maintain status in PM system.
• Deliver quality documentation and manage change per ASMO's approach; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance against business cases and ensure health and safety standards.
