Job summary

Siemens Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Head of Operations & Execution to lead and manage a team of Project Managers focused on Building Management Systems (BMS) and Security Solutions for SI Building Projects and Service Contracts. The role requires strategic oversight, outstanding leadership, and the ability to drive operational efficiency to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations management, with expertise in BMS and Security

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within BMS and Security solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Project Managers overseeing SI Building Projects and Service Contracts for BMS and Security Solutions.
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and service excellence.
Drive compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
Oversee budget planning, monitoring and control for projects and service contracts.
Identify opportunities for additional services and client growth.
