Job summary

Moomoo Arabia Capital, part of FUTU Group, is building a local Riyadh-based advisory team to lead, design, and scale the licensed advisory business. You will oversee client portfolio frameworks, suitability models, and a growing advisory team while ensuring full alignment with market conduct and CMA requirements.

Reporting to the CEO, this role focuses on governance, portfolio construction, and regulatory representation, coordinating with regional product teams to deliver Saudi-focused wealth

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supervising client risk profiling and suitability assessments.
• Ability to structure diversified asset allocation and model portfolios.
• Experience reviewing disclosures, fees, and conflicts of interest logs.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to maintain a zero-breach advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the licensed advisory business line in Riyadh and design client portfolio frameworks.
• Oversee suitability models and ensure compliance with CMA inspections and audits.
• Recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors.
• Localize advisory tools and market insights for Saudi users.
