The role covers recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, and employee records, with a focus on a diverse and inclusive culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
• Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with management to develop compensation and benefits strategies.

About the Role:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requires extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Manage complex HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and support talent development initiatives. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Passionate about shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving HR excellence.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience with HRIS and other HR-related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
