Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Al Khobar kitchen, owning the team and executing the brand's culinary concept with discipline and care.

You will drive seasonal menus, maintain quality and hygiene, and partner with suppliers to keep ingredients fresh and costs in check, while fostering a collaborative, growth-minded brigade.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen and guiding a diverse brigade.
• Strong knowledge of French Mediterranean cuisine and seasonal menus.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen operation for Le Café LPM Al Khobar.
• Own the team and uphold the standards set by the Brand Executive Chef.
• Bring the culinary concept to life—consistent, precise, and brand-faithful.
• Oversee food cost, portion control, and waste with rigour.

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Croissants made properly. Fish grilled simply. Spritzes that feel like a terrace in July in France. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

Al Khobar opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the Head Chef who will lead the Al Khobar kitchen.

Your Role

You lead the daily kitchen operation for Le Café LPM Al Khobar. You own the team and the standards set by the Brand Executive Chef. You bring the culinary concept to life - consistent, precise, and always true to the brand.
