Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar seeks an on-site Finance Manager to own the financial health of Le Caf LPM AlKhobar, from day-to-day reporting to long-term strategic planning. You will establish controls and ensure reporting requirements are met without exception.

You will lead ZATCA e-invoicing, tax filings, budgeting, and rolling cash flow forecasts; collaborate with the GM and LPM Global Finance for alignment and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, with 3+ years in hospitality or high-end F&B.
• Hands-on experience with KSA tax laws and Sun System/ERP.
• Storyteller with numbers, rigorous yet friendly and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead ZATCA e-invoicing, Fatoora rollout, VAT Zakat filings and WPS GOSI labor compliance.
• Monitor food, beverage and prime costs; manage inventory and shrinkage with culinary team.
• Drive pre-opening Capex, FF&E budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasts for the new site.
• Direct reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the LPM Global Finance team for support and alignment.

The Role

You will own the financial health of Le Caf LPM AlKhobar from day-to-day reporting to long-term strategic planning. As a solo on-site Finance Manager you will lead the financial setup for our newest location ensuring every control compliance standard and reporting requirement is met without exception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ZATCA e-invoicing Fatoora rollout VAT Zakat filings and manage WPS GOSI labor compliance
• Monitor food beverage and prime costs manage inventory control and shrinkage alongside the culinary team
• Drive pre-opening Capex FF amp E budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasts for the new site
• Direct reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the LPM Global Finance team for support and alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years in finance, with 3+ years specifically in hospitality or high-end F&B.
• Technical Mastery : Deep hands-on experience with KSA tax laws and financial systems (Sun System/ERP).
• Profile : A "Storyteller" with the numbers rigorous and uncompromisable, yet friendly and collaborative.
