Job summary

Rosewood Amaala is seeking an Associate Transport Driver to move associates between the Amaala Staff Village and the Heart of House areas. You will follow schedules, maintain high vehicle cleanliness, and ensure safe, punctual trips with a service-focused approach.

You will need a valid Saudi driving license for buses/light vehicles, 2–3 years driving experience (hospitality/transport preferred), and strong knowledge of local traffic rules.

  • Strong knowledge of local traffic rules in Amaala/Red Sea region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive associates safely between Amaala Staff Village and HOH per schedule.
  • Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and perform routine inspections.
  • Ensure punctual transport, assist with luggage, and support weekly leisure trips.
  • Coordinate with Transport Supervisor to adjust timings during peak periods.

The role ensures punctual operation of transport services, high vehicle cleanliness standards, and support for weekly leisure trips and special movements.The Driver plays an important part in delivering a comfortable, dependable, and service-oriented travel experience for all associates.Responsibilities:Drive associates safely between Amaala Staff Village and HOH following approved schedules.Operate assigned vehicles with strict adherence to traffic rules, safety regulations, and internal driving standards.Maintain full awareness of road conditions, weather, and any potential hazards.Ensure safe boarding and disembarking of associates at designated pick-up/drop-off points.Follow daily transport schedules and ensure punctuality for all trips.Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor to adjust timings during peak periods, special events, or operational needs.Maintain accurate knowledge of route timings, peak-hour patterns, and alternate routes.Support planning and execution of weekly leisure trips for associates (e.g., shopping trips, beach trips, Tabuk runs).Ensure the bus/transport vehicle is cleaned daily—inside and outside—to uphold Rosewood AMAALA standards.Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly in accordance with hygiene guidelines.Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections: checking tires, fuel, AC, lights, brakes, wipers, and mirrors.Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately to the Transport Supervisor.Follow all road safety protocols, seat belt requirements, and internal safety policies.Ensure the vehicle is always equipped with safety gear: fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and emergency tools.Assist in safe evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.Keep valid driving license and necessary permits up-to-date.Provide a polite, respectful, and supportive service style to all associates.Follow Rosewood’s Relationship Hospitality principles when interacting with associates during travel.Assist associates with luggage or special requests when needed.Drive associates during weekly leisure trips: shopping, recreation, or community visits.Provide transport support for staff events, major movements, onboarding batches, and large-scale arrivals.Oshad ResponsibilitiesTake reasonable care of their own health and safety.Take reasonable care of the health and safety of others affected by their actions.Comply with OSHMS policies, procedures, and operational work instructions.Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately to their supervisor or the Hygiene, Health & Safety Manager.Report all OSH incidents, near-misses, and work-related injuries.Avoid misuse of safety equipment, PPE, or systems.Participate in OSH-related planning and implementation activities.Attend all required OSH training sessions including induction, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.QualifictaionsValid Saudi driving license for buses/light vehicles, as applicable.Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in hospitality, staff transport, or corporate shuttle operations.Strong knowledge of local traffic rules and roads in the Amaala/Red Sea region.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and responsible under pressure.Committed to cleanliness, safety, and on-time performanceAbout UsSurrounded by the world’s fourth-largest barrier reef system and the scenic Hijazi mountains, Rosewood Amaala brings an ultra-luxury regenerative escape to The Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia.
