Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Jeddah seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top condition and to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise Maintenance Assistants, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate safety compliance, and work with teams to ensure smooth operations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires technical discipline, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude; prior hotel maintenance experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Flexibility and a positive Yes I Can attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Good understanding of preventative maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example as a multitasker and problem-solver.
