Job summary

Lebanese restaurant in Riyadh is seeking a professional waiter to join our team. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, explain dishes and specials, and take accurate orders in a fast-paced setting.

You will serve meals and beverages with high standards, provide recommendations, coordinate with kitchen staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle payments while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. GCC experience is a plus, and weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior waiter/server experience in hospitality.
• Experience with Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine preferred.
• Knowledge of service standards and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Provide recommendations and assist guests with menu selections
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely service
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Prepare and maintain clean and properly arranged tables
• Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety and service procedures
• Process bills and payments accurately when required
• Support the team during busy service periods
