Job summary

Work corp in Riyadh is seeking a motivated and experienced Waiter to join our restaurant. You will greet customers, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a restaurant or hotel setting, strong English skills, and a focus on customer service, teamwork, and problem solving. Foreigners are welcome to apply; salary is 1600 SAR per month.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the same role or similar role in a restaurant/hotel setting.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on problem solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Foreigners are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and show them to their table
• Present menus, take orders, serve food and drinks, and answer questions regarding menu items
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure that all dishes served meet quality standards
• Follow safety procedures when using kitchen equipment
• Process payments in a timely manner
