Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert in Riyadh to create memorable guest stays. You will assist with check-in/check-out, take initiative to deliver a broad range of services, and guide guests through their stay while upholding professional appearance and policy compliance.

The role requires standing and mobility, a focus on safety and confidentiality, and protection of company assets. Located at Diriyah, Riyadh, this is a full-time non-management position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around, delivering a wide range of services.
• They guide guests through their entire stay, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
• They uphold safety, company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection, and maintain professional appearance and communications.

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
