Job summary

Dabouq Group's Mashawi Dabouq restaurant in Tabuk invites applications for a Waiter/Waitress. You will warmly welcome guests, explain menus, take orders, serve beverages and meals, and ensure high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment.

We value Saudi nationals, residence in Tabuk, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. A valid health certificate is preferred or willingness to obtain one. Basic English knowledge and POS experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and seat them in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes and answer guests' questions.
• Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system and follow up with the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to the approved service and quality standards.
• Check on guest satisfaction during the visit and handle feedback professionally.
• Prepare bills and collect payments in cash or electronically.
• Set up and arrange tables and keep the dining area clean.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards and management instructions.
